Hey there, how’s your Sunday going for you so far?
I started off my morning with a lovely legs ‘n’ ab workout. The leg workout, I made myself, and it was tough. It had me drenched. It was a combination of legs + cardio, which was really an awesome duo. Here’s the workout:
Then I completed a cardio + ab workout:

Dinner
Last night’s dinner was really delicious. I decided to do something more with the tuna from yesterday’s lunch. So my dad whipped up a tuna salad mixture. Tuna salad is always so good.
In the mix: Tuna, chopped onion, chopped boiled eggs, a little mayonnaise, salt and pepper. I created a spinach and tuna salad wrap with a whole wheat tortilla.
I also had raw broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots with hummus for dipping along with the wrap.
Snacks
Around 3:30, I had half of a grapefruit and it was so delicious! Anyone else love the taste of grapefruits? They’re a very refreshing fruit and there are tons of reasons you should have them in your diet!
Then later my mom and I popped some popcorn (on the stove, always!) and watched the Miss America competition!
I used a big spoonful of coconut oil with 3/4 cup of popcorn seeds. I also spray the bottom of the pan with cooking spray to keep it from burning (TIP!)
I like putting sea salt and cinnamon on my popcorn. I think it tastes so, so good.
This morning I ate some Kashi Blueberry Waffles (my favorite). And there was no more almond butter to put on top of them, oh no!
Thank goodness for back-up!
Question of the day:
Miss New York won Miss America, do you think that was a good choice? Was there someone else you wanted to win? I personally think it was a good choice, but I was rooting for Miss Wyoming! I loved her piece on the piano.
