One More Day

Good morning everyone!

I seriously can not believe that Spring Break is over. Not cool, man, not cool.

Today is the last day I have and then its back to the learning. Nope, I am not cheerful.

Oh, by the way, I’m pretty sore from yesterday’s workout.

Dinner

Lastnight was possibly the best dinner ever. Okay, not reallyyyy, but oh my goodness, it was delicious, thanks to Costco.

We picked up these Thai cabbage, chicken, and almond wraps and they were delicious. You might have seen it on my Instagram last night (which you can follow me over to the right on the sidebar!!! Yay!)

We served ours along with Asparagus sautéed in coconut oil! Plate

Breakfast

Okay, so totally a repeat from yesterday, I enjoyed some delicious 2 ingredient pancakes! With grape jam melted this time, instead of blackberry.

    My spring break is this week!! Today for breakfast I made chocolate oats….it was heaven in a bowl lol! I think I am going to make your pancakes tomorrow!! =] And for dinner I love sweet and salty combos! Last night I had a sweet potato mash up with chicken, peanut butter, plain chobani, and egg whites! It was quite delicious!
