Last Night’s Dinner
My mother made dinner last night, thank you so much Mom!!
That zucchini and squash was right one. Love it when its sautéed!
Super simple. My quinoa protein granola, half of a banana, some frozen berries, and organic almond milk.
Then around 9:00 AM again, I had some bell peppers! I like eating bell peppers. To me, they are the perfect snack if you are trying to get in some more veggies!
In the mix:
- Lots of lettuce
- Lots of tomatoes (I love baby tomatoes)
- Chopped bellpepper
- 1 boiled egg
- 1/2 sweet potato
- feta cheese
- olive oil
And I just had half of an apple! And I’ll eat something again before I hit the road for my run later tonight!
