Today marks the first day of a new job for me and I’m very excited.

Anyway, today’s post is all about this workout that I did Wednesday.
I’m trying to come up with some workouts that involve cardio and weightlifting in one so that when I am working, I can do both in less time. Smart, right? Yeah…
So, after hitting 100 miles for April on Tuesday, I really wanted a couple days off of running. So LEG DAY it was!
I quickly came up with this workout:
When you’re ready to work the booty, tone the legs, work your abs, and get cardio all in one workout, then here ya go!
And, a lot of work just went into making that picture ^

I’m actually still sore. Yep. No joke. I haven’t been able to run either. So, I’ve been working the upper body a lot…and foam rolling like a crazy person.
