Good morning!!!
Last night, I went for a 5 mile run that wasn’t that amazing but it really helped me loosen up from Wednesday’s speed work and my sore quads.
Anyway, when I got home…
I saw from afar…
A mischievous creature…
An ARMADILLO.
Okay, its not really that cool. He kept staring at me though.
And I’m just like, “Yo, please don’t get in my garden.”
Movin’ on!
Dinner:
I had the best dinner! If you saw my Instagram post, you already know!
“@audreyruns: Omg omg omg. So I got basmati rice, shredded chicken breast, sauteed zucchini and squash, a little feta cheese all mixed together. Well I put some coconut flour and cayenne pepper on top and mixed it together and omg it tastes so so so good! Sometimes I get tired of the chicken taste. And this fixed it. Loveeee”
It was so good!
Workout & Breakfast
I woke up this morning to some coffee and a little while later, I slipped on my workout clothes and headed down stairs to finish this:
1) Abs by Mike from Six Pack Shortcuts (I love his workouts!)
2) Booty/Leg Double Circuit on my white board
I didn’t want to do anything to intense because I’m planning on running 8 miles tomorrow morning but I was still breathing super hard and sweating bullets.
I used a barbell weighing 20lbs for the reverse lunges and front lunges.
I used a 20lb dumbbell for the squat.
I used two 5lb dumbbells for the squat jumps.
And I used one 5lb dumbbell for the skaters (which that says 20reps on the bottom of the picture)
For breakfast this morning, I had leftover chocolate protein coconut flour waffles that I also had yesterday. And some yummy fruit on the side!
Recipe was inspired by another recipe, I changed it a bit though to fit my chocolate needs. Hehe
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1 TBSP. cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 tablespoon Stevia powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, liquid
- 3 eggs
-Mix together dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl beat the eggs together. Then pour the milk, eggs, and melted coconut oil in with the dry ingredients. Should make around 4 waffles in the waffle iron.
Hey guys, I got a little announcement!
