What Trip Would You Pick?

Good morning!

We’re going to talk about the Trip Tribe today, but first, let’s talk yesterday!

Yesterday was my first day completely on schedule since I went on vacation. So I was pretty pumped about my workouts, blogging, eating healthy…etc.

I had to break up my workouts (which I like doing) into a morning workout and an evening workout.

First workout—> HIIT! But I only repeated it 3X (WHICH is hard enough already)

And yes, that’s my legs and shoes in this picture.

to Press

And then I did Les Mills Combat POWER HIIT for 30 minutes

Then I did yoga to get a good stretch in!

Second workout—> Warmed up

Back: Purely Fit 14 (Love this workout!) It also works your core!

Biceps/Shoulders: (My own workout and I love it!)

Shoulders And Biceps Workout

I am a Trip Tribe Ambassador which is pretty cool. I didn’t expect to get accepted as one but I got an email back in July that said I was so that was nice!

Anyway, I am in love with some of the trips they have available and soon to be available. My three favorites in order:

Paleo Italy Adventure

“Join Sarah Fragoso June 1-7, 2014 on a 6 night / 7 day adventure to Italy to experience first-hand the many inspirations that led to her newest book – Everyday Paleo Around the World: Italian Cuisine. Guests will be staying in a majestic castle nestled at the top of a medieval town with breathtaking views of the Adriatic sea. The palace boasts 32 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, 7 kitchens, 3 saloons, 2 swimming pools, 2 giant jacuzzis, and a sauna – all of which is reserved exclusively for the Everyday Paleo group. With 18th century frescoed ceilings and furnishings that include antique furniture and old master paintings, be prepared to immerse yourself in living art and history!”

New Year in St. Barth’s

“Welcome to the Leeward Islands! Our trip takes us to some of the oldest islands in the Lesser Antilles — former volcanoes that eroded to nearly flat and then sunk below the water before resurfacing. The nearby shallow water boasts abundant coral and white sandy beaches. The islands we’ll visit are well known for their beauty, nightlife, and style. We start in St. Martin before sailing to St. Barth’s for New Year’s. Then we reach Anguilla and it’s stunning beaches.”

  • Dates: December 29, 2013 – January 4, 2014
  • Price: $2,500 – $3,000, includes boat; captain; breakfast, lunch, and snacks every day; one dinner onboard; and all sailing costs

WODcation & Paleo Retreat in MAUI

“Imagine a WOD-cation where you come home feeling HEALTHIER, STRONGER, LEANER and all around more BAD-ASS! Now imagine that vacation with 10-12 new friends that share your passion for life, adventure, and fitness. The Trip Tribe has partnered with Destino Retreats to provide a hassle-free escape to Maui. With competitions, skills training, seminars, beastly WOD’s, and paleo meals, this is a dedicated athlete’s dream. Life needs balance and you’ll find that we have brought together everything that our community values. Be ready to Drink Hard, Laugh Hard and workout Hard. Pick your location. Sign up. Show up. Then it’s just 3,2,1…GO!!!”

Now it’s your turn! Go to this link and pick a trip you really would love to go on! Just for funsies!
