Happy What I Ate Wednesday!

I started my day off with overnight oats! I was actually going to start my day off with a run and then eat my overnight oats…but plans change!
I had cinnamon overnight oats with chia seeds, almond butter, and half of a banana.
Overnight oats never get old, you guys.
Right after I ate, I got ready to go shopping with my sister and mom. My sister, Lydia, is going into 8th grade and we headed over to Kohl’s and found her some really cute back to school clothes. Thanks Lydia for letting us pick everything out! HAHA! I love making outfits for other people!
After two or more hours of shopping, we forgot about lunch, so we drove to Jason’s Deli to eat a light organic late lunch!
I got the Spinach wrap with mushrooms, avocado, cheese, cilantro, chicken, and salsa. Fruit on the side!
I’m not going to lie, I had a little of the free soft serve ice cream they have that’s for free. Did not take a picture because it took me like two seconds to eat. Sorry.
Oh yeah, It was Left Handers Day yesterday! (I’m obviously a lefty, so that’s why I celebrate it)
After eating, we walked to The Fresh Market (best place ever) and sampled some organic coffee while we grabbed a few things (including dinner)
We wanted roasted chicken so that is what we got. And cornbread

We had baked sweet potatoes at home so we had a pretty good meal!
We sat around the dinner table talking and laughing away for probably an hour!
We were looking up name meanings and this is what Audrey means: “noble” + “strength”
I’m really excited because coconut water is so good and good for you. I workout and run so much that I usually always have it on hand. Its helped me out a lot.
