Happy What I Ate Wednesday, y’all!
Leg day too…
I started my morning off with cheerios and strawberries in almond milk with chia seeds sprinkled on top…wish I had a picture. I THOUGHT I took one, but apparently not.
After eating and drinking some darn good coffee, my mom and I headed to a new location to get in 9 miles!
We hydrated with Coconut Water (Cocozia for me), water and Zaxby’s unsweetened ice tea with lemon before heading home.
I was so happy to come home and take a shower! Just like Julie said yesterday, there’s nothing sweeter taking a shower after being gross and sweaty. AH the feeling of cleanliness!
I don’t know about you, but after I exercise for 2 hours, I am starving!!!!
Yepp, we have coffee everyday around 4pm…It’s like we’re British but with coffee.
And a little biscotti…my mom picked these up and they taste like Fall! <—Lol taste like Fall…in my world, that can happen.
7:00 PM rolled around: I heard my stomach grumble and felt it gnawing so I definitely knew it was dinner time.
What did I eat…
A spoonful of spaghetti, couple of spoonful’s of brown rice, chicken from Sunday, veggies, laughing cow cheese…trying to get rid of leftovers here.
That’s about it!
