Must first acknowledge those who lost their lives 12 years ago on this day.
I was 6 years old, wasn’t exactly sure what was going on…but I remember the TV had the news on for days.
Its always bothered me, the event, why and how people can do that. I will never understand and hope it won’t happen again.
Yesterday was a great day of eats!
I started my morning off with a yummy Quinoa Crunch Bowl (you might have seen the picture on my instagram)
After a lot of job searching and what not, I finally wrote down my workout and I was so excited to try it out because I knew it was going to be an epic one!
I promised to share the workout here on my instagram, so here it is!
And if you don’t know how to do any of the exercises…
- Burpee with Knee to Elbow (or tummy tuck)
Perform a burpee, while in the plank position, bring left knee to left elbow and right knee to right elbow!
- Side Plank Hug to Open Chest Fly with dumbbell
While in this position, swing arm under your body…like this –>
Counts as 1 rep! Do 10!
- Double Pop Squats! So simple, you pulse TWO squats and then jump like you would with a jump squat. Click here and fast forward to 1:50
- Plank Hops
After those three rounds, I hit my BACK, BICEPS, AND SHOULDERS
Post workout/Lunch was a Chocolate Brownie Quest Bar

If you are wondering why I look like I want to smile but trying not to…its because I have Quest Bar in my mouth. And it tasted fantastic! So I’m obviously, weirdly happy.
Dinner was a good one…if you saw my Instagram pic, you probably know how much I am in love with Beet and Feta Sandwiches now. Words can not even describe.

I was very satisfied after this sandwich. Definitely making these suckers again!
