Hey guys! Another Marvelous in My Monday post!

Marvelous is…

I’m headed back home from a spontaneous beach trip with my family. We had so much fun just chilling, ocean gazing, walking around cool beach shops, trying out new coffee shops, etc…

I ran a little Friday morning (I was so tired from my Thursday run) and called it quits early but took a long time to stretch and foam roll.

Saturday, we walked on the beach and around some fun shops so I didn’t really workout or anything.

Sunday, I knew I wanted to workout so I started searching for something!

Crossfit style workout

I definitely would have done this one^^^ if I would have had a hill and some weights.

Another awesome Fitsugar full body circuit! repeat each circuit 2x, resting 60 sec between each, with a 5 min warmup and cool down

I couldn’t really do a lot of ABs stuff, so I didn’t do this Popsugar workout or the workout below

I didn’t do this one, but it looks like a good one!

5 Min Hiit Cardio Vacation Workout.  Here’s is a short HIIT style (High Intensity Interval Training) workout.  No equipment is needed, just a step or porch (and a timer/stop watch.  PLEASE SHARE AND FOLLOW!

    I was just on vacation and definitely could have used this post! I do like working out on vacation-since I’m usually not eating as well on vacation, it keeps me from feeling blah. On my last vacation, I ran a lot and visited some Crossfit boxes near where I was staying.
