I really wanted to share my favorite drinks today because I feel like not too many people know how good they are…so with that said, here they are!
Zevia is by far my favorite. They are simply the best and I wish there were Zevia vending machines everywhere!
They have tons of flavors to choose from…and if you’re someone who loves to drink carbonated sodas but wants to avoid all the high fructose corn syrup and sugar highs to lows, and still wants a sweet taste…here ya go! Thanks Zevia for making that possible for us!

I love, love it! I have been getting La Croix for the past couple of weeks and am enjoying it way too much. The flavors I’ve tried (Lime, Orange, & Lemon) have been really good. I can’t wait to try all the flavors.
There is nothing artificial in these cans, so no worries! You’ll save calories and your health sticking with a drink like this one.
The next drink does have calories, but its very low and great for those who workout and sweat a lot.
I’ve been drinking coconut water for a very long time. Vita Coco is my favorite. I love drinking it after a hard run to replenish all the electrolytes that I used. For one 11.1 ounces you drink, its only 60 calories, which isn’t that bad. And its 100% natural, so the sugar content isn’t harmful to you.
They also have a few different flavors, so if you don’t like the coconut taste, you have options.
