Before I try to run (my back hurts so I don’t know how far I’ll get), I wanted to share a few of my favorite posts in January!
This is how I make mine:
- 1 small mashed banana or 1/2 large banana
- 1 egg & 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed or psyllium husk
- a couple of drops of stevia
- splash of vanilla extract
- 1 scoop of non flavored protein powder
- splash of almond milk
Just mix everything together in a medium sized bowl.
I usually thin my batter out a little so I can make 2 medium pancakes, or you can make one big pancake, or a few little ones. Whatever floats your boat!
I added my homemade applesauce and a little syrup on top of mine.

I’ve been reading Tina’s blog for a few years now, and even though I don’t personally know her, I’m still super hyped that her and her husband, Mal, are having a baby BOY! And I love that fact that she is still eating healthy and doing crossfit. She is seriously going to be the coolest mom ever!
I love Karena & Katrina from TONE IT UP (I mean I probably wouldn’t be blogging about health and fitness if it wasn’t for them). I am in love with the Love Your Body Series and this is the second year they have done it. Check out their new workout follow alongs on their YouTube channel or blog every Tuesday!
