Happy Thursday! I seriously thought it was Thursday yesterday and I was so ready for Friday…big letdown!
So…yesterday, I had an amazing workout. It was one of those workouts that make you feel like a total beast after
First, I ran 4 miles in the hot sun with pretty good mile splits and total average pace
I was looking through some of my workouts on my Workout page on the blog, and came across my favorite HIIT workout that I used to do a LOT this time last year.
I completed 4 rounds and felt so in shape, it was awesome! I thought I would have to quit after 2 rounds from being so worn out but I was completely the opposite. Definitely could have gone 2 more rounds if I had more time.
After 2 rounds, the tuck jumps were really hurting the balls of my feet, so I switched over to 20 mountain climbers (1 rep = when right leg comes to chest)
I also did some core work just going through a lot of my favorite moves for about 10 minutes.
I challenge anyone, who is capable, to do at least 2 rounds of the workout above! You must do each exercise back to back! No stopping till the full round is over.
You can definitely do it!
