Pink Smoothie Recipe for Spring & Summer!

It’s Spring time! And Summer is coming right along…so, I thought, “Hey, why not create a whole bunch of smoothie recipes for the blog!”


Everyone likes smoothies, right?

Even better, if it is packed with nutrients and still tastes delicious!


Expect a lot of more smoothie recipes on the blog in the following months…I’m excited!

I know you might think, “Raw egg?” But I only use that when I run out of protein powder…

    I like to keep my smoothies simple – kale, pinapple, strawberry and banana. I make a huge batch, divide into bags, and freeze so i have them ready any time. I just add water, a splash of cran juice, or milk to blend together.

    It is coming into winter here but I’m still loving smoothies right now too. This one looks like a great combo.

    My favourite is usually a banana, spinach, almond milk, protein powder and ice 🙂
