Hey friends, how’s it going?
I’m struggling with what I want to eat for breakfast since I have no bananas in the house which brought me to thinking, I have a whole Pinterest board dedicated to breakfast ideas! I thought I’d round them up and share them today and just maybe, I’ll help someone figure out what they want for breakfast (and me too)!
First off, bananas are my favorite. So, the easiest thing for me to do is make a Banana Nut Butter Wrap!
You can find the recipe here
I also love to put bananas in my pancakes, like so…
These Gluten Free Protein Banana Pancakes are so good!
Or you can do the 2-ingredient pancake (eggs+banana)
The recipe is right here!
More bananas? Sure!
One of my all time favorite breakfasts is the Sweet Breakfast Scramble from Tina @ Carrots ‘n’ Cake!
Feeling like you need some protein?
Protein Eggy Oats, an oldie but a goodie!
You can find the recipe here
Maybe you need something green? Check out my instagram for this Gluten Free Spinach Pancake Recipe
Or maybe you want some breakfast pizza? Go right ahead, this is clean, easy, and simple! Add whatever you want to it!
You can pin it here!
And you know what, you can even have cupcakes for breakfast!

Questions:
- What’s your go-to breakfast?
- Do you like juice or smoothies more?
- Pancakes or waffles?
My go to breakfast is either a smoothie or almond butter on gluten free toast!
I am definitely going to make the 2 ingredient pancakes and the sweet potato flatbread! They look so good!
So easy too! 😀 Let me know if you try them
i think i need that sweet scramble for lunch! YUM
it’s so good and definitely one of my faves! Tina is a genius!
Love the ideas and your adorable blog! The link for the banana nut butter wrap won’t work for me. I’ve noticed many of your recipes are GF, which I really appreciate since I’m gluten sensitive. What kind of tortilla did you use?
Thank you so much! And thanks for letting me know about the link! Here it is—> https://inshapecupcake.com/2013/03/17/happy-st-patricks-day-cardio-and-new-combo/
Will fix it though!
For the wrap, I used a FlatOut Bread Wrap but you could use any sort of gluten free wrap! I usually find those in the GF section 🙂
smooothies don’t fill me up enough. I do like an omelet with veggies and avocado.
I love sweet treats for breakfast, so I normally go with breakfast bars, oatmeal, shakes, pancakes, or cereal. I need that sweet potato pizza in my life! Pizza for breakfast is always a favorite of mine : )
Lately, I am addicted to having homemade GF waffles (made with sorghum and brown rice flour) with almond butter. Very few things can keep me satisfied in the morning as long as this breakfast can.
I’m definitely a smoothie girl over juice. In fact, a smoothie was my lunch today!
Smoothies are the bomb dot com! 😉
Sweet potato flatbread!? Sounds heavenly! I am always trying to figure out new breakfast ideas, so thanks for all the good recipes 🙂
