I always forget how simple and happy turkey roll-ups make me. I need to start making those again! I eat healthy to give my body the fuel it needs to do the things I love doing. Plus, I always feel better about myself when I eat healthy too : )

A very good question! I guess I stopped thinking about food and fitness as things that only affect my on the outside, and started realising how important they were for how we feel inside too. It really has had an impact on my health too – I hadn’t had a cold in two years (until the other day – d’oh!) and even then I got over it in 48 hours. Little things like that make me realise how far I’ve come!
