New Adventures

Sometimes, we find new things, new experiments, new opportunities, etc…and well, I found my new opportunity.

I have been thinking about doing this for a while. I see so many fitness gurus on Instagram doing it, so I FINALLY decided to commit!

I am a Beach Body Coach! I already mentioned this in my last post. But wanted to talk about it a little more.

What is it that I do? Why? How come? Is it really a business?

Let’s start from the beginning…

1) What is it that I do?

I am here to share the products, success stories, (hoping to have my own success story soon!), motivate people, support people, and tons more.

I’m excited about doing this because its similar to what I’m going to have as my future career. Similar.

2) Why am I doing this?

Because I FEEL like its what I need to do right now. It makes sense to me. Helping people and making a job out of this? Could it get any better! I’m just really excited for all the positivity as well. It is simply amazing how supportive everyone is! I’m still taking it all in.

3) Is this really a business?

Yes…once you are a beach body coach, you automatically have your own sites and its time for you to learn the business…just like any business. And I’m thankful I got some team members here to help me out! It’s really overwhelming. And yes, you get paid. We get commission for what we share. Notice I’m not using sell. I don’t see this as selling. I’m here to help people by sharing.

4) What am I looking for?

I’m looking for 2 people (who have a passion for health and fitness like me) who would love to join my team and start Beach Body Coaching together!

  • And sorry I didn’t post on Tuesday and Wednesday. Had to work both days and they were so stressful. I survived though.
  • And I am also thinking about getting a Polar FT4 watch so if any of you have one and would like to give me some feedback, pleaseeeeee do!

Recipe Monday: Clean Eating Oats (super simple)

Good morning, friends!

How’s your Monday so far?

I’m off work today, so I’m mostly chilling and recovering from my full body workout from yesterday which I will recap in a moment. First let’s touch base on my delicious breakfast this morning!


protein eggy oats

These are quite similar to my recipe for Protein Eggy Oats but I liked this recipe much more!


  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup egg whites 
  • 1/2 unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed



1) Mix all ingredients together in a pot on the stove; turn to medium high heat.

2) Cook, stirring frequently, until mixture reaches normal oatmeal consistency and the eggs are no longer runny. This will take about 5 minutes.

Sunday’s Workout

Yesterday, before church, I wanted to get in a workout. I wanted to do fullbody because I haven’t done fullbody in a while. So, Saturday night I wrote down a workout plan to follow…sadly, though, I ran out of time to finish the biceps/shoulder part.

I did #1 and #3 in the morning. When I got back from work (bummer I had to work, seriously) I finished up #2, #4, and the bicep curls and shoulder press circuit.

And I am soooreee this morning. So I am waiting til tonight to workout which will probably have to be a run because I am too sore to do anything else.

So no workout this morning.

And I have no motivation this morning because it’s so dreary outside, there’s thunder, rain, etc. So, I would much rather cuddle up and watch a movie.

I actually have a phone call meeting planned today that is with my Beach Body Coach. Hopefully we will get talking on some cool stuff. Ready to start helping others!

Watch out for Beach Body stuff in the future. I think it’s going to be really awesome!
