Cocozia Review

As a health coach, I get asked a lot what brand of coconut water I like best, or either what I like to hydrate with other than plain water…My answer, Cocozia Coconut Water.

I was simply thrilled when Cocozia shot me an email asking me if I would like to review their coconut water

HYDRATION
Pure and simple, hydration is essential to life.
COCOZIA® Coconut Water is exactly that: a pure, natural hydration source containing not only water from the green coconut, but essential electrolytes too.
ELECTROLYTES
COCOZIA® contains a natural abundance of potassium and magnesium, as well as other electrolytes. Electrolytes are directly involved with body hydration and muscle function. Better to get yours from a natural source like COCOZIA® than from a sugary, synthetic sports drink alternative.
COCONUT WITH A STRAW
That’s how they drink coconut water in the islands, but fortunately, COCOZIA® has made it a little easier for you here! All the natural elements and flavor, without the need to carry a coconut to your work-out!

I’m a big fan of coconut water! I think its vital for people who workout hard and run!

I’m also a health nut, so the fact that it is 100% coconut water AND organic, makes it even better.

I didn’t get to run any long runs with coconut water this time, due to a slight setback in running from an injury, but I definitely took it with me on short runs, HIIT workouts, and cycling.

One reason I like coconut water, is because if I workout really hard, and gulp down some water, I’m not getting any electrolytes put back in me…so with CW, I’m able to replenish those and not have to worry about my stomach hurting or feeling as fatigued. I’m also really picky about my coconut water. Most coconut waters I’ll get, taste a little off or a bit funky. But with Cocozia, I feel like it tastes perfect. So thanks, Cocozia, for making us excellent coconut water!

Just want to say real quick, I really do appreciate all who take the time to comment and read my blog…it means the world! Smile

First off, Zevia, is my favorite beverage by far. And hopefully can be yours too.

I don’t even remember when I discovered Zevia and how I found out about it, I just know I picked it up at Whole Foods once to try and immediately fell in love with it. I stopped drinking sodas about the early 2000’s, and thank goodness I did, but I really missed the sweet, carbonated beverage. So, after several years, I found my soda, Zevia!

Anyway, Zevia so kindly sent me a 6-pack of their sodas to try out, review, and…wait for it…GIVE AWAY!

  • Strawberry: I actually had not tried this one before…so, the first sip was like strawberry heaven to me. It tasted quite delightful and I’d say 10/10 in my book
  • Caffeine Free Cola: Yep, tastes like cola, if you’re wondering. And great for those who aren’t caffeine junkies!
  • Grapefuit Citrus: This one is actually my favorite. I’m a huge fan of anything grapefruit flavored, so this one is also a 10/10!

  • Cherry Cola: Oh my goodness, I hadn’t tried this one either, so the first sip was pretty rockin’. I already like the Black Cherry Flavor and this one was just as good. Definitely thumbs up on this one!
  • Ginger Root Beer: Growing up, root-beer was like my favorite. So, as a root-beer expert, this makeover of the classic soda flavor, tastes perfecto!
  • Ginger Ale: Okay, ginger ale was one of those sodas that I’d sip on if I was sick or not feeling well as a kid, but didn’t make any sense to drink something filled with so much sugar. I’d recommend this non-sugar filled flavor (well, all the time actually) but if you aren’t feeling well…

I can honestly say, all Zevia’s are quite excellent. Don’t hesitate to try them! Stop drinking sugar and take care of your body! Drink and eat items that are beneficial in the long run. Drink Smart. Eat Smart. Stay Healthy
